WHY DO MY RADIATORS NOT HEAT LIKE THEY USED TO?
This can be a sign of a dirty or sludged up heating system. Inadequate or diluted heating system inhibitor or protection causes the metals in the system to react together causing the water inside to form a sludge which drastically effects the efficiency of your heating system, costing you more money on fuel.

WHY IS MY WOODEN FLOOR OR TILES LIFTING, SIGNS OF DAMP ON FLOOR OR WALLS.
This could be signs of a leak under your floor. The moisture from the leak rises up through the screed or floor getting into your wooden floor or tile joints causing an expansion of the materials, making the floor lift. Other causes can be damp coming up due to no or improper damp proofing, an example can be old houses were damp proofing was not fitted.

WHY IS MY BOILER ALWAYS LOSING PRESSURE?
This could be the sign of a hidden leak. There can be many reasons for the boiler to lose pressure from a faulty expansion vessel, a fault or corrosion at your boiler, pump, valves or radiator failure or a hidden leak under your floor or hidden in a wall.
